How long does it take to process withdrawals?

We have our withdrawals processed instantly.Why was my withdrawal rejected?There are a couple of reasons your withdrawal may be rejected:Why was my withdrawal rejected?Profile information incomplete :You are yet to update your full names on your profile.
Withdrawal of deposit. To curb money laundering, we require customers to use at least 50% of their deposit on bets. If you've deposited a larger amount by mistake, or you changed your mind about gambling, please contact Customer Services.
KYC verification. Upload your valid KYC documentation (Passport, NIN Slip, Drivers License or Voters Card) and attempt your withdrawal once your documentation has been approved by the payment team.
Payment account details not saved. You will need to save your (bank account details)Occasionally, our payment gateway provider may experience network delays that can cause withdrawals to get 'stuck' in the system. If your withdrawal was not successful after 24 hours, not to worry, it will be manually credited to your bank account details. (edited)

Can I withdraw my Deposit without placing bets?No, you must use at least 50% of your deposit to place bets before you can withdraw. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and other unlawful financial transactions on our platform.If you deposited an erroneous amount, for example ₦500,000 instead of ₦5,000, or you changed your mind about gambling, please contact Customer Services for assistance.

Withdrawals are processed instantly, however there there are a number of reasons you can get an error when attempting to make a withdrawal:
  1. You are attempting to withdraw your deposit. 
    Deposited funds must be staked before you can make a withdrawal.

  2. You are yet to complete your basic profile information.
    You must complete your profile information so we can process your withdrawals easily.
    Click here to complete your profile or go to Profile > My Profile  then proceed to fill in your Personal Information and "Save Changes" when you're done.



  3. Your profile is not KYC Verified.
    The EFCC KYC regulation is an important policy that we have to abide by. You must provide a valid means of identification (Passport, NIN Slip, Drivers License or Voters Card) and attempt your withdrawal once your documentation has been approved by the Risk & Payment Team.

  4. Payment account details not saved.
    Please Note: You must save your bank account details under "Payment Accounts" before you can make your first withdrawal.

  5. Occasionally, our payment gateway providers may experience network delays that can cause withdrawals not to reflect in your account immediately. If you have not received your withdrawal after 24 hours, kindly reach out to our Customer Support Team who are always happy to help.
