Here are a few possible reasons your session expires
  1. There is inactivity on your account.
  2. You are logged in to your account with multiple devices
    (this also applies to instances where you're logged in on multiple browsers on the same device or logged in on the app and a browser)
We advise that you clear your browser history and cache and login again.
